Flag Football

David's experience with flag football this year in junior high was a good one. He was one of only seven 7th graders that made the team. He was used to playing quarterback because he has a heck of an arm, but this year he played offensive line. He did a great job considering he was learning a position he had never played before. His team went all the way to the Championship game. They lost to Willis in the final game, but did their best. Each year the coaches nominate a player from each team to participate in a day long leadership camp. They look for players that have a good attitude and sportsmanship. David was the player that his coach is sending from their team. There are 30 kids on the team, so we are very proud of David. He is looking forward to the activities.
