Stu Is Home for a Visit

Stuart and Dana came home for a few weeks and of course we had to get together at John's for some karaoke!!  Oh and John broke out his costumes:)

Powder

We fostered a pretty little puppy for a week.  She was a sweet heart and Patches really enjoyed having her around.  Unfortunately.... she was still a puppy, puppy and I had no idea how much work they really were.  She was 6 months old and I figured it would be easier, but it was not.  While she wasn't a fit for us, she did get adopted right away.

Girl Party

Megan's friend had a wonderful idea for a birthday party!!  PHOTO SHOOT!!  These are Megan's teammates on the Basketball team.  They are such a terrific group of girls.  Megan grows more beautiful every year, both inside and out.

Da Boyz

I think this was red, white, and blue day??

Selfless

Selfless (adj)
-concerned more with the needs and wishes of others than with one's own; unselfish
Yes, today was Father's Day. And most of these girls《 Emily, Pratt, Jel, Ashley, Elyse, Kylee, Megan 》probably spent time with their Dad's or contacted them in one way or another.
Ashley, well her dad died unexpectedly this past year. I posted about this back in August. Today, she did not get to spend time with her dad from "our earthly point of view".
What I saw tonight was SELFLESS... these teenage girls all got together to spend the night with Ashley making memories and are showing the importance of friendship, love and their true character..  Terri Smith

Megan is so lucky to have such a great group of girls to call teammates and friends.

National Sister Day

Happy ‪#‎nationalsisterday‬ love my sister so much!! We aren't even the same age but we still connect on the same level! Not sure if that's good or bad.

AZ Rattlers Game

My boys have charisma!!  They went to their very first Rattlers game and made it on TV!!
They had terrific seats and really enjoyed the game.  Oh and they were in row 2!

First Day of School 2015-2016

Joelle is so excited to start 2nd grade.  She is in Mrs. Bentz's class and I couldn't be happier.

David and Megan are starting their Senior and Sophomore years at Perry High School.  Can you see how happy they are??
David has had fun taking first day of school selfies in the bathroom.  Look at how he has grown!

Megan Takes On Dallas

Megan's club team had a week long tournament in Dallas and Steve and Andrew went out to surprise her!!  Steve's high school friend Vincent lives there so it was the perfect opportunity to see him as well.

The Red Park and Skipping Rocks

We went to the "Red" Park to play for awhile before we said our last goodbyes.

The park was right by the river so we went down there to try to skip stones.  I by the way was able to skip the first stone I tried.  Must have been all the practice I did with my cousin Kellee on Wadley lake.  We spent summers practicing the perfect throw!

The girls were so frustrated that they couldn't do it.  I think maybe Katey was able to make a stone skip once, but Joelle was getting frustrated!

Cousin Love!
And sad goodbyes.....
